Is each election billed individually?
Each project is billed individually. Within a project, you can also create multiple ballot papers for several voting items. Several projects can be combined if settings such as the title, period and electoral roll are identical.

Is it still possible to vote with up to 9 participants free of charge?
Unfortunately we had to suspend this service owing to high demand. It is no longer possible to hold elections with up to nine participants for free. A free test function is available to test your project with up to five participants.

Is there a discount for non-profits?
No, unfortunately we do not offer any discounts. By setting up the election yourself, you can save the service costs that would otherwise arise from the setup and support through POLYAS.

What does a test election with all eligible voters cost?
A test run with all of your eligible voters would incur the same costs as the productive implementation itself. Simple tests with up to five voters can be carried out free of charge.
