It is possible to conduct an election without e-mail addresses?
Yes, this is possible. You can upload a list consisting of IDs only and specify them as voter IDs in the election. You need to find an alternative to e-mail in order to deliver the voter credentials (password and ID).
What do I do if a voter forgets or loses their password?
Simply login to the Online Voting Manager, search for the voter in the electoral roll and send the access data to them again by e-mail. A new password cannot be created due to the POLYAS security standards. This is necessary to prevent a voter casting multiple votes.
