Is each election billed individually?
Each project is billed individually. Within a project, you can also create multiple ballot papers for several voting items. Several projects can be combined if settings such as the title, period and electoral roll are identical.

Unfortunately not. However, you can use the free test run function to test out your project with up to nine people.

Is there a discount for non-profits?
No, unfortunately we do not offer any discounts. By setting up the election yourself, you can save the service costs that would otherwise arise from the setup and support through POLYAS.

What does a test election with all eligible voters cost?
Simple test runs can be carried out free of charge with up to nine eligible voters using POLYAS Online Voting – and with up to five using POLYAS Live Voting and Nomination. A test run with all of your eligible voters would incur the same costs as the productive implementation itself.
