If a maintenance window is active, how does this impact my voting project? -
<main> <article class="userContent"> <p>We carry out maintenance work on the <a href="https://configure.polyas.com/?_ga=2.242073410.1994672881.1653287714-180531884.1647854077" rel="nofollow noreferrer ugc">POLYAS Online Voting Manager</a> on a monthly basis to improve our products, to provide new functions, and to integrate technical updates.</p><p>This is unavailable during the maintenance window, you cannot log into your account, work on election projects, or view or download election results. </p><p>Forthcoming maintenance work is announced to you in advance in the <a href="https://configure.polyas.com/?_ga=2.242073410.1994672881.1653287714-180531884.1647854077" rel="nofollow noreferrer ugc">Online Voting Manager</a>.</p><p>Not affected during the maintenance window are online voting, live voting, or nominations. Your voters or nominators can log in, log out, and cast their vote(s) as usual.</p><p><strong>Note: </strong>If you conduct a POLYAS Live Voting during a maintenance window, we ask you to save an external copy of the login data for your Live Voting Cockpit and the link to it before you start the voting. The <a href="https://configure.polyas.com" rel="nofollow noreferrer ugc">POLYAS Online Voting Manager</a> is directly affected by maintenance work, so you cannot access it from the Online Voting Manager when voting starts.
