Is any personal data retained by POLYAS after the election?

After the election, voter data is archived or blocked and the number of persons authorized to access it is reduced. In the absence of any (special) law or individual statutes or (election) regulations stipulating a specific retention period, we retain voter data for three years according to the statutory limitation period, starting at the end of the year in which the election took place. After this, the data is subsequently deleted.
