You are taken to the “Overview” area after logging in. Top right in the tab bar you will see how many voters have already logged in after the start of your live voting.
Next up invite all voters to log into the POLYAS Live Voting System using their electronic devices. If you have decided to send invitations by email, your participants will find all information they need for login in the email.
Create ballot papers and information
Click on the “Ballot papers” tab. You see all ballot papers that you have already created with the Online Voting Manager in the right sidebar under the “In preparation” heading. You can further edit them. In addition, you can create new ballot papers, rearrange the displayed order, or delete them if necessary. Furthermore, you have the opportunity to incorporate information for your voters. For instance: “There is a break for 15 minutes. Then we continue with the next vote.”
